Wood Burning for Beginners Custom Flag Wood Burn Hey everyone Wesley Walker From DIY Dud to Stud here with another DIY Tutorial Video. We will be going over image transfer of the Custom flag to wood using a transfer tip, Tips and tricks wood burning from burning within the lines, recommend strokes, to using metal rulers for nice clean lines. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it. The wood burner I am using is a Walnut Hallow Creative. If you are new and don’t want to put out the money yet for the really expensive units, I highly recommend this model as it gets hot real quick, has a good gray scale, and does a good wood burn for darker areas. Items for this project are easy to get, wood can be purchased at Homedepot, Lowes, Michaels Crafts or any craft store near you. It is easy to create and craft this wood craft burning project, and fun crafts like this should never be passed up. If you are looking for a beginners project this is a simple Flag craft to do at home and will make a awesome gift or great Decoration. You can get your wood burning materials from Michaels, Hobby Lobby and its a easy craft to do with the family. This makes a Great Michael’s Craft project.
